Miles says: Not a fan. This one has too much “brightness” as well. Its sweetness and acidity are not my choice.
Despite the card’s tasting notes I struggle to find the richness of chocolate or caramel. I am happy I’ve tried it but won’t be going back.
Apparently I don't like high acidity coffee.
Shalyn says: (6/10) I saw Mexico this morning and got all excited. I was hoping bold, powerful flavours.
This was not bold. Very evident caramel tasting note, pleasant to drink. Only scored lower for me because I like bold, strong coffee flavour.

Miles says: Ya this one is not my favourite either. I’m trying to decide if it’s better or worse than Honduras (I misspoke I meant Guatemala).
At any rate also bottom tier for me too
Shalyn says: (3/10) So today is just a step above cheap diner coffee for me. Probably on par with Tim's. Not happy at all ... 🙁

Miles says: Yes this one is good! The texture is amazing. But I feel the taste is just a tad lighter than I wanted, could be down to my brewing method.
Shalyn says: (8/10) Today's blend is now my front runner. Brazil is wonderfully bold. I'm getting a burnt caramel or nut on the back end of it.
I think this delicious.

Miles says: It’s familiar. Nothing special. Certainly a good daily coffee. It’s only beaten by Honduras by body. Columbia is a tad brighter / more acidic.
Shalyn says: (7/10) So my main staples are usually Columbian or Peruvian, so I was happy to see today was Columbian. It didn't disappoint.
I got a lovely nose and taste of chocolate on this one and had the pleasant coffee bitterness that let me know I was drinking a stronger blend.
So far, tying my highest score with Day 1 ...

Miles says: The acidity and fruit notes are not appreciated. I am not fond of its finish.
Shalyn says: (7/10) Today struck me as a bit bolder than the first two, and I got a rich nuttiness note. I quite enjoy it.

Miles says: Rich and chocolatey, natural sweetness, low acidity, almost a creamy texture. My favourite by far.
Shalyn says: (5/10) So, my first sip this morning was "this is weak", so def not as bold as yesterday's roast.
Second sip was pleasant, almost herbaceous like an earl grey tea. Then I read today's descriptor and was quite impressed with my taste palette's abilities lol

Miles says: Even though it was brewed to a medium strength it was nice and lite.
Good mild aroma and colour right off the bat. First sip was slightly chocolatey.
Its own inherent sweetness was pleasant and complimented the sweetener I had added.
The lightness speaks to a morning coffee for me, this would not do well as an after dinner coffee,
nor would it hold up to flavoured creamers or other add-ins (Baileys etc)
Shalyn says: (7/10) This one is nice. I do get a fruit note on the back end of it, though not acidic.
This one is easy to drink. 🙂
